To provide the Parishes with tools to effectively and efficiently maintain their facilities in a safe, clean, comfortable and inviting environment. Also, to make available to the Parishes written guidelines, administrative procedures and supporting documents to upgrade, renovate or construct new facilities to meet and enhance the changing needs of their Parish.
