If the diaconate has been stirring in your heart — through prayer, service, the encouragement of others, or simply a quiet curiosity — we’re glad you’re here.

The Permanent Diaconate is a vocation of service: a call to make Christ the Servant present in the Church and in the world. Deacons serve through the ministries of the Word, Liturgy, and Charity, especially among those most in need.

Formation is a journey of prayer, discernment, study, service, and growth. The Church walks with each man — and, when married, with his wife and family — as he continues to ask: Is God calling me to serve His Church as a deacon?

Our role is to accompany you in discovering the answer.

You do not need to have everything figured out. Pray. Explore. Ask questions. Come and see.

Please explore the different pages to learn more, or contact Deacon Keith Cabiles, or any one of us on the team! We would be happy to walk with you.
