The Hawaii Catholic Schools office has launched its search for their next Associate Superintendent--a full-time position scheduled to start July 1, 2021. Current Interim Associate Superintendent, Ms. Betsey Gunderson, will be retiring at the end of June after decades of dedicated service to Hawaii Catholic Schools.

POSITION SUMMARY: Collaborates with the Superintendent and Early Learning Centers in the articulation and implementation of Diocesan school policies, legislative activities, accreditation, professional development and faith formation, curriculum standards and implementation, leadership development, and other initiatives.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: 10+ years experience in administration and management in a Catholic school system with a Bachelor's Degree in Education. A practicing Catholic living a lifestyle consistent with Catholic moral values and exercising professional conduct consistent with Catholic teaching. Able to articulate the philosophy of Catholic education. Demonstrated commitment to the religious and spiritual dimensions of the professional learning community.
