School Leadership Opportunity at St. Catherine School, Kauai

St. Catherine School, a small Catholic PreK - 8 school in Kapaa, Kaua'i is seeking a visionary leader who plans and delivers improvements through effective management and delegation. The Principal fosters the spiritual and academic growth of all students. As the key communicator for the school, the Principal shares matters of importance with the Pastor, Staff, School Board and PTG on a regular basis.

BASIC PROFESSIONAL AND PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS: MA Degree or its equivalent (certification in administration), or BA and five years educational leadership. A practicing Catholic living a lifestyle consistent with Catholic moral values and exercising professional conduct consistent with Catholic teaching. Demonstrated leadership ability. Five (5) years of demonstrated success in teaching. Commitment to a Catholic philosophy of education. Excellent interpersonal skills.
