Chaminade University Scholarship Opportunities

Chaminade University, the only Catholic university in Hawaii, has extensive scholarship opportunities available for undergraduate students.

Chaminade Scholars are scholarships recipients who graduate from a Catholic high school or are members of Catholic parishes. The scholarship can provide up to a 50-75% off tuition reduction.

The Chaminade Scholars form a community of life and learning that provides each member with the support needed to excel academically, to pursue spiritual development, and to thrive socially at Chaminade University. Through service, academics, and reflection, students will gain insight into their gifts and talents. They will be challenged to find ways to discover their life vocation, to be a servant leader, and to use their gifts and talents in pursuit of the common good.

Other scholarships are offered for students majoring in STEM fields, nursing, and business.

The deadline for applying for scholarships is February 15.

To apply for a scholarship, students must first complete an application for admission to the university and then complete the “Undergraduate Scholarship Interest Form”. Applications for the scholarship will then be available to students on the application portal.
