December dates for Kauai will be released soon. Meanwhile, the Maui Economic Opportunity (MEO) continues to offer support for kupuna on Lanai, Maui and Molokai. Seniors 60 years and older can seek assistance for unexpected expenses as a result of pandemic shut-down orders and job loss. Call (808) 249-2990 for more information.
We are also pleased to hear Lanai residents have successfully flattened the curve of COVID infections after adhering to an island-wide Stay-at-Home order. Let’s all follow their example of working together to reduce the spread of the virus by wearing a mask, refraining from large social gatherings and washing hands often. We are one ‘Ohana and we will get through this together!
