(Maryknoll Marketing & Communications) Spartan shoutout to our Boys Varsity Basketball Team, the 2020 Snapple HHSAA Division I Boys Varsity Basketball State Champions! Our Spartans battled their way through the state tournament, defeating Kalaheo, Kamehameha-Hawaii, and Damien along the way to their 46-33 victory over Kamehameha-Kapālama in the state championship game! Our defending state champs clinched back-to-back state titles, the first Boys Varsity Division I Basketball Team to do so in Maryknoll School history!
Sophomore Sage Tolentino ‘22 was named Most Outstanding Player of the 2020 Snapple HHSAA Boys Basketball Division I Championship Tournament! In addition to being named tournament MVP, he was also named the Spectrum OC16 Impact Player for the state title game!
Shoutout to seniors Niko Robben ‘20 and Liko Soares ‘20, who were also named to the HHSAA Division I All-Tournament team! Awesome job representing your teammates with excellent athleticism, character and respect, both on and off the court!
