Can your faculty, staff, parents and students clearly articulate your school’s brand, mission, vision, purpose? Do you have an Elevator Speech that encompasses the heart of your school? This presentation takes you through some exercises to clarify your messaging so everyone is clear on what your school is really about.  Millennial parents now make up the majority of new parents enrolling their children in your school. It is critical to understand how best to reach this generation. This presentation shares practical tips for Baby Boomers and Gen Xers to effectively reach out to our millennial target audience. We will talk about Inbound marketing, which includes branding, content strategy, lead nurturing and social media. Even if you are a staff of one, we will talk about how to articulate your school’s “elevator speech.” Learn practical action steps you can easily implement at your school – at little to no cost, but huge ROI. Courtney is a career educator, with 17 years of experience in faith-based schools. She began her career as an English teacher at a Catholic grammar school, then moved into administration first as a High School Assistant Principal, then as Director of Marketing and Enrollment at two large FACTS schools in Louisiana. She holds her BA in English, M.Ed. in Educational Administration and is a Certified Admissions and Enrollment Professional (CAEP). At FACTS since June of 2018, Courtney primarily stewards SIS diocesan partnerships and client relationships on the Western side of the United States. Her passion is keeping up with best practices in school marketing and enrollment management in order to keep faith based schools vibrant and sustainable.
